My favorite movie characters.

Movies have taught me a lot like; don't fall in love with a young leonardo dicaprio because he will break your heart, don't befriend Regina George because she's a bitch and don't have sex because you'll get pregnant and die. Yep, the movies are very educational indeed. Here are my 10 favorite movie characters (in no specific order)

1.Janis Ian - Mean Girls
There are many reasons why I love Janis Ian, I love her because she's a fearless bitch and doesn't give a shit. Even though it isn't apparent but she's a very caring person and she would make a amazing friend, I think everyone has a bit of Janis Ian about them.

2. John Bender - The Breakfast Club
John Bender is a bit of a jerk, it's in his nature but underneath that ruggedly sexy exterior is one hurt soul. I think he values honesty. I mean yeah, he probably lies a lot, but I think that if he makes a promise to someone he cares about he would keep it. His friends are also very important to him and he seems to be protective of them and those are the reasons why I'm completely in love with John Bender.

3.Dewey Finn - School Of Rock
Seeing as The School of Rock came out in 2003, I was 6...woah! But yeah I was 6 when I first watched the movie I didn't have much knowledge on rock music and I must thank Dewey Finn/Jack Black for introducing me to awesome rock music. But, I was very disappointed when I got to secondary school and had this boring music teacher who had the whole content of a pot of hair gel on his head and listened to Mozart and didn't have this awesome teacher who came to lessons hungover and introduced us to old rock & roll bands. But yeah, Dewey Finn is just a awesome guy.

Juno Macguff - Juno
Juno is very similar to Janis Ian, she simply doesn't give a shit. She's very smart-mouthed and I wish I could think off some one liners like her "I still have your virginity" whatever you probably wouldn't get that quote if you haven't watched the movie. I would love to have long chats with her late at night on her cheese burger phone about life, boys, tv, music or whatever. I just want a friend like Juno.

5.Captain Jack Sparrow - Pirates Of The Caribbean

Oh Johnny Depp stop it, stop being so... Ok I need to get out of my hormonal teenage girl mind and be serious. Ok, so Jack Sparrow is so charasmatic and can take any situation and have a laugh and I just love him. How can Johnny Depp wear that much eye-liner, dread locks and have a braided beard and still look hot? Mind fuck. Basically, I wouldn't mind being stranded on a dessert island with Captain Jack Sparrow.

6. Bridget Jones - Bridget Jones's Diary

Ok, Bridget Jones is exactly what I hope to be like in 15 years. She's so real, unique and British. I sort of see myself in her a little bit, like I feel sorry for myself  all the time and make things out to be way worse than they actually are and have embarrassing moments daily and not really care.

7. Cher - Clueless
Now, I know all the other characters I've chosen have been the complete opposite to a bimbo from a teenage chick-flick. But there's something about Chers character that makes her different to the typical bimbo, I think it's because even though she has all the money, clothes and all that fancy shit she still stays true to herself and looks past all that and doesn't judge people by appearance or popularity. Also even though she has all the boys chasing after her she's not in a rush to have sex like most of the modern teen movies. And she falls in love with Mike from Friends, duuuuuuuh what's not to love about Cher?!

8. Charlie - Perks Of Being A Wallflower
Ok, I know this was movie characters and all. But I'm going to base this on Charlie from the novel because there's just much more to say really. So I read The Perks Of  Being A Wallflower 2 years ago and I really related to Charlie at the time because I really hated school and everyone in it but that's not important at all, shut up Ffion. Ok Charlie is such a sweet guy and he's not afraid show his emotions, I like the fact he's shy even around his friends and likes to keep himself to himself but just pours his heart out in his diary and he has good music taste. And Logan Lerman is really hot ok, next...

9. Kat Stratford - 10 Things I Hate About You
I love Kat Stratford, I love her feminism, I love her hair, I love her attitude, I love her music taste, I just love her. Girl crush fo sure

10. Roxy Ryan - New York Minute

Even though people think the rebellious characters in movies are the ones young people shouldn't be watching, but I think that's totally wrong in this case because Roxy shows that that intelligence isn't everything. If you have a dream or something you feel very passionately about then you should achieve whatever you want to do and not just sit around in school and go out and live while you're young (not using One Direction lyrics). I'm not saying skipping school is right but yeah she's living her dream so who really cares? I think out of all the characters I've listed Roxy is the one I can relate to the most because I also had a sibling who was cleverer and whatever and like Roxy i didn't and to this day don't give a shit.

Well, I hope you all found this educational. If you haven't seen any of the movies I've mentioned, I recommend you do they are awesome movies you can probably watch them illegally online anyway,
Love Fiona.

Let it snow.

My First Post, I better make this epic.

So this is my first post, No big deal.. Really, I'm not being sarcastic because this post will probably only have like 5 views which I'm ok with I'm not blogging for fame or to be heard, I'm blogging to..... I don't know really, it just seems to make sense, a diary that people you've never met or never will meet can read and that's why I love the Internet. Hi to whoever is reading this, my name is Fiona, I'm 15 and I'm a curious teenager. This blog has no specific motif, I'll blog about anything I feel people would want to hear my perspective on or just how my day is. Can I just apologise in advance for the not so charming theme, I was very confused with the whole designing my blog thing so I just did whatever I'll change it later and also for my poor grammar, another reason for starting this blog was to work on my grammar. I actually have http://thesaurus.com up on another tab so I sound a little bit better, I don't know if it's working. So here's a little bit about me; I live in a rural area in Wales and honestly I hate it I can't wait to leave, I go to school and I hate that also, I enjoy travelling, going to concerts and spending time with my friends... Well friend, I don't really have a lot of close friends I have one best friend her name is Meg and I know it sounds sad that I only have one really close friend but I don't care, Meg seems to be the only sane person in my school we share the same interests like music, fashion and we both hate everyone in our school. My parents got divorced when I was 2, I would say it was hard but I was 2 I can't remember it I can't really remember much about my father growing up seeing as he had an affair on my mum with this woman and lived 2 hours away and never made the effort to see me and my brother but I'm sort of glad he wasn't around when I was growing up because I wouldn't want to grow up to be anything like him really. When, I was about 7 my mum got married to this man called Huw and I hated him, after 2 years later they got divorced and this time I did remember it. After the divorce my mum started binge drinking a lot and after a while it got serious, ever night I would come home to a drunken mother and I would have to lie about it to the people I cared about the most which sucked but I had to. This carried on for many years but then my mum realised she has a problem and went to rehab for a few months and after that she was sober. She's been sober for the majority of the time since, but she has had her ups and downs but it's fine. I will talk about that issue in more detail later but for now I'll leave it. So yeah, I haven't exactly had the best of childhoods but for some reason I haven't gone a-wall or started drinking or smoking or failing exams and I think the main reason for that is because I've seen how misbehaving and rebelling upsets the people around you and you don't even realise it, so I try my best to avoid that and whenever I begin to have negative thoughts I just play some of my favourite music and it the negative thoughts just go away. That's a little insight to my life, I will write soon. Love, Fiona
